How can you learn to do it?
The best way to learn self-hypnosis is to experience it.
Just as you can only properly learn a new skill, such as driving a car, by doing it, I teach you how to get into the relaxed and pleasant state of hypnosis. While you are in this state I then teach you how to do it self-hypnosis.

I teach self hypnosis as an important part of deepening and maintaining the therapy we do together. I also teach it as a stand alone therapy in its own right.
